QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES. 1. Obtain and / or maintain certification or Clean Industry Environmental Compliance of the Port. 2. Promotion among the transferees and service providers to implement actions that improve the quality of services, with respect to the environment. 3. Implement a single information system to improve administrative and operational processes of the ports, as well as the exchange of information with the various users of port services. 4. Efficient use of resources and materials for the organization. 5. Implementing the Special Program Management Improvement in the Integral Port Authorities, through the Integrated Project Management Improvement Consolidated (Consolidated PIMG the APIs) in order to improve processes, maximize quality of goods and services, increase effectiveness and minimize operating costs and administration.
