As part of a pilot program of exchange of better practices with Altamira's Port on the 20th, July 21 and 22, the Internal Audit was effected 01/2010 of the System of Management of the Quality and Environmental (SGCA) in API Tampico, in which one possessed the participation of internal auditors of API Altamira.

The principal objective of these audits is to check the conformity of the current SGCA with the ISO procedure 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004, serving as previous practice wing receipt of the internal crusade audit (exercise coordinated to central level between 16 federal ports) and the External Audit of Maintenance.

The audited processes were: Marketing, Use of Infrastructure’s Port (including the Center of Control of Maritime Traffic), Assignment and Follow-up of Contracts of Partial Transfer of Laws and Obligations and provision of Port services, as well as the activities of Client’s satisfaction, Service Control Does not shape, Review for the Direction Qualit audits and Environmental, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Analysis of Information, Environmental Management, Technologies of the Information, Acquisitions, Protection and Security, Budget and Turnover.
